Marlon Waters, President and Owner
Marlon started the business in 1969. From the beginning he has been active in the
business on a day to day basis. His construction experience includes contract
hauling, dirt work, underground utilities, base and pave, concrete structures, curb
and gutter, demolition, and pit materials production (sand, gravel, and crushed
aggregates). Prior to starting the business Marlon was employed by 3M at the
Decatur, Alabama plant. Marlon was born in 1945.
Bryant Flannigan, General Superintendent
Bryant joined the company in 1988 and is the General Superintendent for the
company. His entire career has been in the construction industry and his experience
includes hauling, dirt work, underground utilities, base and pave, concrete work and
demolition. Past employers include Holland and Woodard Construction Company of
Decatur, Alabama. Bryant is a certified welder. He was born in 1966.
Eric Whalen, Superintendent
Eric joined the company in 2013 and is a Superintendent. He has twenty
plus years experience in the construction industry and his experience includes
hauling, dirt work, underground utilities, base and pave, concrete work and
demolition. Eric is a certified heavy equipment operator. Eric was born in 1962.
